Courses offered at Kibondeni College include:

Accommodation Management: |
This is a 3 year course which includes in
depth study of cookery,
laundry and housekeeping. Students are also taught front office and
stores management. They sit a national examination organized by the
Kenya National Examinations Council (K.N.E.C).

Certificate in Food & Beverage Production and Service:

This is a 2-year course with a
specialization in the area of Food & Beverage Production and Service. However,
the students first learn all the units of Catering & Accommodation before
specializing in the second year. Students sit a national examination
organized by K.N.E.C.

Certificate in Housekeeping & Laundry:

This is a 2-year course with a
specialization in the area of Housekeeping & Laundry, which includes front
office, maintenance and property management. Students specialize in their second year
and sit a national examination
organized by K.N.E.C.

Kibondeni Certificate in
Food & Beverage Production and Service:

The Kibondeni Certificate is a 1-year course open
to everyone. It also specializes in
the area of Food & Beverage Production and Service. The Certificate is awarded
on passing the internal examinations.

Short Cookery and Home Management Courses: |
Cookery Courses currently run
as follows:

Saturdays: 2 Saturdays a month for
12 months

Holidays: Everyday for 2 Weeks during April and August Holidays
Housekeeping and Cookery Course
runs for 3 months, 4 afternoons per week.
Teaching Methodology
Students normally attend both theory and practical lessons
due to the technical nature of the courses.
Practical Sessions
Practicals take place in the morning under
the supervision of qualified staff. The boarders have their sessions in the
training units, while day scholars carry them out at school.
Theory lessons are conducted in the afternoons
at the College.
Kibondeni College
is fully equipped with modern facilities for all the training
